Money flows on watery streets
Money is flowing like water on the streets of Calcutta. From 2005, Rs 2,520 crore has been or is being pumped into various projects to tackle the citys waterlogging problem. And if Monday morning and Tuesday evening were anything to go by, a lot of it has gone down the drain.
